Job Summary: Perform research on the mechanism of genome instability in a CRISPR KO of FMR1 in human neuroprogenitor cells. The end goals for the position are:
1) Establish a CRISPR KO of FMR1 in the human neuroprogenitor cell line.
2) Using the CRISPR KO model to perform ChIP-seq and DRIP-seq experiments to test the interaction of FMRP with R loops. Minimum Qualifications:

Doctoral degree in Molecular Biology, Neuroscience, or other related fields.
