Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for assisting in the onboarding training of new research assistants in process of recruitment and organization for study. Additional duties include but are not limited to: coordinate TAY meetings across different arms including outpatient research, inpatient research, staff and community component, communicate with team notes from meetings, prepare and submit research documentation ( i.e., IRB submissions, educational materials, study forms.), assist with identification and application for external grants to support larger TAY work, maintain budget and process payments and acquisitions for study supplies and training materials, may provide direct and /or indirect supervision to trainees and volunteers participating in aspects of the study as part of advanced training, maintain study data as directed by IRB, create, test , update, and provide maintenance for databases, enroll study participants and exit interviews, in conjunction with PI and core research team members report findings in professional journals, local, state and national conferences.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree  in a related field and two years of related experiance or an equivalent combination of education and experiance. Must be able to lift 25-30 pounds routinely.

Preferred Qualifications:

One year of project management experience or research assistant experience.

Work Days:

Monday-Friday day business hours.
