Job Summary:

The Senior Research Support Specialist will assist in research studies at the discretion of Dr. Zhao. Duties include but are not limited to: making a mouse model of traumatic brain injury and performing post-operative care, preparing mice by transcardiac perfusion and prepare brain sections, performing immunofluorescence staining, confocal imaging, and image data analysis, analyzing single-cell RNA sequencing data and teaching students to research skills as stated above. 

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Biology or in a similar (Biochemistry, Physiology, Neuroscience) field.
