Job Summary:
The Senior Supply Chain Analyst leads advanced analytical, technical, and system-driven initiatives that improve the performance, efficiency, and reliability of supply chain operations. Leveraging expertise in data analysis, ERP platforms, and procurement processes, this role performs complex analyses, develops dashboards and performance metrics, and recommends strategies to optimize workflows and support informed decision-making. This position serves as a key partner to operational, clinical, financial, IT, and supply chain teams to improve processes, reduce costs, and advance best practices. The Senior Analyst also acts as the designated system owner and administrator for assigned applications (such as ERP modules, asset tracking tools, or contract management systems), with responsibility for configuration, user access, data integrity, and ongoing system performance. Additional responsibilities include supporting technology and optimization initiatives, identifying automation opportunities, maintaining accurate system documentation, ensuring compliance with institutional standards, and preparing reports, forecasts, and budget-related analyses to support leadership and operational performance
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline and (3) three years of related experience required OR an Associate's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline and (5) five years of related experience required. Experience with BusinessObjects, Tableau, and SQL required.
*Candidates who possess a Master's Degree, along with one year of satisfactory completion of a Supply Chain Co-op/Internship experience, may be considered for appointment to the Supply Chain Analyst position at a title and salary commensurate with their qualifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree preferred. Previous experience in a medical environment preferred.
