Job Summary:

This position will provide direct patient contact for assessment of swallowing, feeding, speech, and language disorders covering the spectrum of outpatient diagnoses including cleft and craniofacial conditions, aerodigestive disorders, and related disorders for pediatric Otolaryngology patients. Will provide a full range of diagnostic and therapeutic services for feeding, swallowing, speech and language in an Otolaryngology practice.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Speech Pathology, NYS licensure, clinical certification in Speech Pathology (or its equivalent) and completion of one year of clinical fellowship required. CPR/BLS certification required at time of appointment. 

Preferred Qualifications:

Prefer 3+ years experience evaluating and treating pediatric patients in the areas of feeding, swallowing, speech and language for the ENT pediatric population including those with cleft and craniofacial conditions and aerodigestive disorders. Prefer previous medical, acute care, and/or outpatient hospital experience as well as working with residents in a teaching institution.
