Duties include but not limited to: Issues equipment as requested and assigned on a daily basis. Performs dirty equipment pickups in designated locations daily. Responds to requests for wheelchairs, stretchers and beds needed by various departments daily. Assists Equipment Technicians with assembly and minor repairs occasionally. Maintains clean work space environment for department (sweeping and mopping decontamination room and cleaning and straightening shelves and storage bins) Assists with set-up of traction frames. Must be able to perform moderate to heavy lifting, sustain long periods of standing and walking. Must be able to bend and lift using safe body mechanics.
Minimum Qualifications:Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time and be able to lift 35lbs to shoulder height using proper body movement.
