Trainer/Quality Analyst

Under the general guidance of the Patient Financial Services management team, the Trainer/Quality Analyst is responsible for developing an effective training and quality control program for all Business Office staff.

Job Summary: Under the general guidelines of the Patient Financial Services management team, the Trainer/Quality Analyst is responsible for developing an effective training and quality control program for all Business Office staff. This shall include documented procedures and workflows, audit protocols, quality control audit logs and non-paper, server-based means of retention. The Trainer/Quality Analyst is expected to work collaboratively with all managers and supervisors within the business office to determine the optimum processes and workflows. Also has significant interaction with the Financial Service Project Analysts. The incumbent is also responsible to communicate with various external departments to ensure business office procedures interrelate effectively with areas such as Patient Access Services, Utilization Management and Health Information Management. Special projects may be assigned by the Patient Financial Services management team. Minimum Qualifications:

Associates degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field and a minimum of three years healthcare billing office experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have excellent written/oral communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Candidate must have strong personal accountability. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and have strong PC skills. Must have working knowledge of billing and collection process. 

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous training experience strongly preferred. 

Work Days:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M
