Job Summary: The Family Resource Center, located on the 12th floor of the children’s hospital, is looking for student workers to staff the circulation desk. Responsibilities include greeting patients and families, explaining the FRC borrowing policies, and helping select movies and books when needed. Applicants must have excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for interacting with pediatric patients and families. Minimum Qualifications:

Must be a current student enrolled at Upstate Medical University and approved for financial aid through the Student Financial Aid office at Upstate.
