Job Summary:

Management of all aspects of the 340B program. Keep 340B procedures and the 340B audit catalog updated to ensure compliance. Oversee, assist and review audits completed by 340B Monitors to confirm accuracy. Serve as point person for HRSA and mock 340B audits. Monitor all data extracts as they are uploaded into Sentry. Constantly review charge and dispensation data files in Sentry that are uploaded from EPIC and Cardinal for any issues or outliers. Manipulate this data as needed to look for trends. Work with IMT, Finance, Cardinal consultants and TPA consultants to correct data extracts and complete data cleanups when appropriate. Supervision of 340B Monitors.

Participate in the hiring and training of staff within the areas of 340B. Work with pharmacy leadership to review purchasing and 340B contracts and provide detailed analysis as requested.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and two years of hospital pharmacy experience or Associates Degree and four years hospital pharmacy experience, including 340B inventory management experience, required. Excellent written/oral communication, analytical and organizational skills required.

Work Days:

Monday-Friday, 8 hour shifts between the hours of 8am - 5:30pm
