Be the heartbeat of a dynamic academic community. As the Administrative Support Coordinator for the College of Nursing, you’ll play a vital role in keeping daily operations running smoothly while supporting the people who shape the future of healthcare.
What You’ll Do
You’ll serve as the welcoming face and central hub of the College—greeting visitors, managing front office operations, and ensuring seamless communication across phone, email, and mail channels. Behind the scenes, you’ll keep critical systems organized and efficient by maintaining student records, managing filing systems, and generating essential reports.
You’ll partner closely with faculty, providing support for course-related needs and helping bring academic plans to life. Your organizational skills will shine as you coordinate meeting logistics, capture committee minutes, and manage the department’s conference room schedule.
From maintaining supplies and shared spaces to collaborating with campus partners, you’ll ensure everything is in place for success. You’ll also play a key role in planning and supporting College of Nursing events, helping create meaningful experiences for students, staff, and faculty alike.

Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's Degree and 2 years of related administrative experience or combination of education and experience, excellent communication, organizational and computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 1 year of relevant work experience preferred. Experience with Brightspace and Microsoft Word and Excel.
Work Days:
M-F 8am - 4:30pm
