Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for independently coordinating, overseeing, and performing a wide variety of highly confidential administrative and program support for, Director of Risk Management and Clinical Risk Investigators as related to the operational and interdisciplinary needs of the Risk Management department; management of the medical malpractice program; responsible for independently preparing monthly reports for the Hospital Committees and, as requested by various hospital administrative personnel, serve in a support capacity to organize and take minutes at various meetings; responsible for developing and maintaining databases and the development of Administrative reports utilizing tools such as proprietary software RLDatix Safety Intelligence modules, and Microsoft Office tools such as: Excel, Access, Brightspace and other databases as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associates Degree in a related field and a minimum of three years of administrative experience (preferably in a healthcare environment) or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Excellent written/oral communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and computer skills required.
