Job Summary:

Provides a broad range of professional support services to College of Nursing Leadership, faculty, students and senior staff. Serves as support to Deans office including preparation, formatting, and maintenance of correspondence, reports, policies, procedures and departmental forms: travel coordination; administrative and filing tasks as required. Maintains departmental calendars as directed. Provides administrative support to departmental committees including preparation of minutes. Primary responsiblity for departmental communications page. Facilities requests and submits necessary documents to internal departments. Supports College of Nursing special events.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree and 3 years of Administrative experience, (preferably in a healthcare environment) or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters Degree and 5 years of administrative experience Outstanding organizational, communication (written/verbal) and computer skills (Adobe, MS Word, MS Excel, Typhon and BrightSpace are necessary). Experience with submission of Travel Authorizations and Report of Travel Expenses
