Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for coordinating, overseeing, and performing a wide variety of administrative and program support activities for Utilization Management staff and leadership as related to the operational and interdisciplinary needs of the Department. Serves as the primary point of operational and administrative contact for the internal and external customers and may serve on a variety of hospital and divisional committees in a support capacity.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's degree and two years of experience in an administrative capacity (preferably in a healthcare environment) or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Excellent written/oral communication, organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and computer skills are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a healthcare-related field. Very strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office products such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Work Days:

Monday-Friday, Days
