Job Summary:

Works collaboratively with the Project Director and Project Managers, as well as other source owners to develop a project plan for each project that will establish project timelines, tasks, and milestones in collaboration with the vendor. Responsible for in-depth knowledge of system software as well as operational workflows. This includes achieving and maintaining application certification.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 3 years relevant professional work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be self-directed with strong interpersonal, communication, analytic and computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge and experience with Health Information Systems in a healthcare environment, particularly the Epic suite of applications, is preferred. Epic certification(s) or demonstrated experience supporting Epic applications, including Grand Central/Transfer Center and related reporting and analytics tools, is highly desirable. Experience leveraging data, reporting, predictive analytics, artificial intelligence, automation, and workflow optimization solutions to improve operational performance, patient flow, capacity management, and clinical workflows is preferred. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex operational and clinical data, develop actionable insights, identify process improvement opportunities, and support data-driven decision making. Experience working in a hospital or academic medical center environment is preferred.

Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
