Job Summary:

Responsible and accountable for planning, organizing and controlling clinical services in designated ambulatory departments reporting through Ambulatory Administration. Provides clinical leadership to the unit/area managers through development and maintenance of standards of clinical practice, participation on nursing and hospital committees.

Functions as a member of the nursing leadership team with responsibility for the provision of clinical, service, quality, financial management/ development, and personnel management initiatives, services, and outcomes for the efficient and effective operations of the designated Ambulatory departments.

Minimum Qualifications:

NYS licensed/registered R.N., Bachelor's degree in related healthcare field and a minimum of five years experience with management responsibilities plus excellent written/oral communication, organizational and leadership skills required. CPR certification required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters in Public Health, Health Administration or Business Administration or related field preferred. Previous experience in Ambulatory Services is strongly preferred.

Monday-Friday, Days
