Job Summary:

Primary teaching responsibilities; coordinating and overseeing student research for thesis requirements; directing novel lines of behavior-analytic research that complement those of existing faculty; and providing service to the department, college, university, and/or SUNY system. Additional teaching, student advisement and supervision, research, and program activities as directed by the Department Chair.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree in applied behavior analysis or a related discipline. Certification eligible as a Behavior Analyst through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and license eligible as a Behavior Analyst in the state of New York. Experience teaching classes at the graduate level. Evidence of productivity in research related to behavior analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

Doctoral degree in applied behavior analysis or a related discipline. Experience teaching classes in basic principles of learning, ethics, behavior assessment, personnel supervision, or organizational behavior management. Experience with a variety of instructional modalities (e.g., in person, synchronous online, asynchronous online, hybrid). Demonstrated experience supervising students in research and clinical settings. Clinical experience related to the assessment and treatment of complex behavior concerns, pediatric feeding disorders, or home-based behavior services.
