Job Summary:

The Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Growth and Development for Clinical Enterprise plays a critical leadership role in advancing the clinical enterprise long-term objectives through the execution of high-impact capital projects focused on growth, service expansion, and organizational transformation. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role is responsible for overseeing complex, cross-functional initiatives that strengthen the clinical enterprise market position, operational effectiveness, and community impact.

Minimum Qualifications:

Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field and a minimum of 7 years of relevant professional healthcare experience required. Strong analytical, financial, and project management skills with a proven ability to lead complex initiatives to successful outcomes. Ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations and influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability to successfully work across department lines with key stakeholders, contractors, and other state entities. Deep understanding of hospital operations, healthcare market dynamics, and regulatory environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in an academic medical center or teaching hospital is preferred. Experience in the public sector and in a unionized environment are preferred.
