Job Summary:

The Behavioral Assessment Specialist supports student success through the development and implementation of data-informed, evidence-based behavioral and social-emotional interventions. This role integrates assessment, intervention design, staff coaching, and systems-level support to promote positive outcomes for students across settings. The Behavioral Assessment Specialist works collaboratively with staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to build capacity, improve consistency of supports, and strengthen proactive approaches to behavior.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or a related field and one year of related experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with PBIS, MTSS, and trauma-informed care frameworks preferred. Familiarity with special education regulations, including IDEA and IEP processes. Demonstrated experience providing staff training, consultation, or coaching in educational settings.

Work Days:

Monday-Friday, days
