Job Summary:

Working alongside the Brain & Behavior Program Lead and a team of five neuropsychologists, including three board-certified specialists, the Psychologist will provide psychological and neuropsychological evaluations, psychotherapy, and consultation for patients with Functional Neurological Disorders (FND) and other neurological conditions that affect mood, coping, and quality of life. The position also includes opportunities to collaborate with Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Neurology, and Neurosurgery, and to participate in educational, administrative, and research initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• PhD or PsyD in Psychology.
• New York State Psychology license or eligibility for licensure.
• Must possess a NYS Psychology license at the time of employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Doctorate in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA- or CPA-accredited program.
• Completion of an APA- or CPA-accredited predoctoral internship.
• Specialization in Health Psychology, Rehabilitation Psychology, Neuropsychology, or a related field.
• Experience working with patients with neurological, rehabilitation, or chronic health conditions.
