Job Summary: Answering phone, scheduling appointments and greeting/registering patients upon arrival to the clinic. Prepares and compiles information for reports and reviews forms for completeness and accuracy. Depending on the organizational unit, responsibilities may include billing duties such as posting charges or payments, researching and resolving issues, and processing insurance forms; or medical office duties such as maintaining patient forms and records, often using specialized software. Speed and accuracy required.  Ability to work with only general supervision and maintain confidentiality.  Other general clerical/administrative tasks as need such as requisitioning supplies, copying documents and covering duties of other clerical support team members. Minimum Qualifications:

High school or equivalent and two years of clerical support experience, preferably in a medical setting. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to maintain confidentiality.  Familiarity with position-specific computer software applications.

Monday - Friday daytime hours
