Job Summary:

Participate in the academic mission of the Department of Radiology through teaching, scholarly activity, quality improvement initiatives, committee service, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Participate in departmental clinical coverage, including assigned evening, weekend, holiday, and call responsibilities, as well as coverage at University Hospital, Community General Campus, 550 Harrison Center, Township 5, Verona Campus, and other affiliated practice locations as operational needs require.

Provide comprehensive clinical interpretation of abdominal imaging studies, including CT, MRI, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, and image-guided procedures as appropriate. Participate in resident, fellow, and medical student education through clinical supervision, lectures, and multidisciplinary conferences. Contribute to scholarly activities, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental service. Participate in clinical coverage, including University Hospital, Community General Campus, affiliated outpatient sites, and departmental call responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency
- Board certified or board eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
- Eligible for New York State medical license
- Fellowship training in Abdominal Imaging or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

- Fellowship training in Abdominal Imaging
- Experience with image-guided abdominal procedures
- Academic teaching and research experience

Work Days:

Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00 p.m.

Salary Range/Pay Rate:

 DOQ
