Job Summary: Strong clinical skills, including care and management of patients with general GI issues; a commitment to academic medicine, including clinical research and teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows; and providers who work well with others to share general GI consult service in a hospital setting. This position with give candidates an opportunity to see patients in a busy GI clinic setting and perform routine endoscopic procedures in hospital settings, as well as an affiliated ambulatory surgery center.
Training and experience in the care of patients with inflammatory bowel disease, GI motility disorders, and advanced endoscopic skills will be favorably considered but are not absolute requirements. Minimum Qualifications:

MD/MBBS, NYS license or eligible, BC/BE in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology

Work Days:

Monday through Friday daytime hours with rotating on-call

Salary Range/Pay Rate:

 DOQ
