Job Summary:

• Teach in-person, at the bedside in acute care institution providing oversight of undergraduate clinical nursing students, hybrid and online courses for the College of Nursing.
• Advise nursing students
• Participate in scholarly activities
• Participate in appropriate professional, college and university service
  commitments
• Other responsibilities as delineated in Faculty Handbook and at the direction of College of Nursing administration

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current unencumbered New York State RN license
• Two years bedside clinical experience
• MSN or relevant graduate degree from an accredited institution completed prior to the start date
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completed doctorate
• Formal coursework in Nursing education
• Demonstrated commitment to working closely with undergraduate students in small-class settings in a dynamic and diverse/multicultural learning environment
