Job Summary:

The Clinical Research Assistant will provide assistance to the clinical team in the research clinic daily. Duties include but are not limited to: manage the front desk and flow of subjects through the clinic, be responsible for stipend payments and scheduling future visit, document activities and communicate directly with the study coordinators and providers, may assist in basic clinical tasks as appropriate (vitals, EKG, phlebotomy), along with data entry, supply management, public facing information events, etc as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and one year of related experience or combination of experience and education. Experience with MS software (word, excel, Teams). Medical terminology proficiency. Experience with public facing role. Ability and willingness to take on tasks as needed. Excellent communication skills, organization skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with clinical research and research methods. Clinical experience (ex. vitals, phlebotomy, EKG).

Work Days:

Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm. Occasional evenings or weekend hours.
