Job Summary: Serves as the first point-of-contact for the Onondaga Nation Dental Clinic. Greets and checks patients in/out via electronic medical record (EPIC), answers phones, enters provider telephone messages into EPIC, researches and resolves issues, orders supplies, processes patient referrals, and maintains patient forms and records using specialized software. Prepares and compiles information for reports and reviews forms for completeness and accuracy. Provides backup coverage for medical clerks. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications:

High school or equivalent and two years of clerical support experience, preferably in a medical setting. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a dental practice. Experience with electronic medical record systems, preferably EPIC.

Work Days:

Monday - Friday daytime hours
