Job Summary:

The Director for Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PMR) Business Operations is responsible for the financial, strategic, and operational management of PM&R clinical services, including rehabilitation therapies, rehab psychology, medical clinics, and the IRF. This position provides director-level leadership for financial planning, revenue cycle oversight, capital and operating budgets, contract management, identifying key performance indicators and identifying ways to improve them, development of business plans, and administrative standardization.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field and a minimum of 5 years progressive experience in an administrative/supervisory capacity OR Masters Degree in Healthcare, Business, or Public Administration and at least 4 years experience in an administrative/supervisory capacity required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree and 5 years of progressive experience in PM&R

Work Days:

Monday - Friday, days
