The Electrical and Electronics Specialist will be responsible for interfacing with utilities managers and staff, as well as engineering and design and construction. Position will be responsible for building management interfaces, electrical power distribution and monitoring, and electrical controls process and projects.
Bachelor's degree and two years relevant experience in a related field or Associate's degree and four years relevant experience in a related field along with excellent oral and written communication skills required.
Demonstrated knowledge of digital automated building management systems, power distribution and control systems, and/or automation and electronic control systems (fire alarm, automatic doors, lighting controls, and/or security/nurse call) preferred.
