Job Summary:
Support for EMS Physicians
- Coordinate & plan meetings
- Take detailed minutes
- Manage EMS program files
- Manage EMS program HR - Independant Contractor Time
- Prepare & Review Correspondence & Program Announcements
- Maintain EMS Program Budget, prepare annual budget in conjunction with Directorof EMS Education
- Submit purchase requests in accordance with established policy
- Aid program staff in collecting & reviewing performance data
- In conjunction with Director EMS Education, coordinate & support EMS outreach efforts
- Provide advice & assistance to students & program staff
- Aid in the develop digital content, maintain EMS Program social media presence
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates Degree or pertinent college level courses and three years of administrative/office management experience.
Proficient in office software, including spreadsheets. Must be able to work independently and handle multiple priorities. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills are a plus
Work Days:
Monday - Friday daytime hours
