Job Summary:
The Facilities Planning Project Manager provides project management planning services for the Office of Planning for both the hospital and campus. Responsible for oversight of program renovation/construction as well as the establishment and monitoring of schedules & budgets. Provides project assistance to larger projects, as assigned. This position maintains communication with stakeholders to report project status and coordinates with the department of Design and Construction. Responsible for coordination with clinical and non-clinical users; negotiations with involved entities such as physicians, and outside agencies. Updates Campus Atlas & Life safety drawings and maintains campus central Revit models.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field and a minimum of four years of related facilities or strategic project management experience. Excellent written/oral communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical and computer skills required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare planning or project management experience.
Work Days:
MON-FRI days ranging from 7:00AM-5:30PM
