Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Registered Nurse, the Licensed Practical Nurse performs as a bedside care provider. The LPN is responsible for providing nursing care to patients/families and the community, observing, and reporting patient responses to treatment, and overseeing the work of ancillary staff and students assigned to the unit. Minimum Qualifications:

Meets NYS Civil Service appointment requirements for the title of T&R Center Licensed Practical Nurse. LPN licensure and registration as outlined by NYS Education Department. Current CPR certification.

Monday - Friday Days between hours of 7:15 am-5:00pm
