Job Summary: Responsibilities include administrative support to the Vascular Surgery Staff, answering phones and relaying messages both via outlook and EPIC, and checking patients in and out. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications:

High school or equivalent and two years of directly related medical secretary/office experience. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Competency in word processing applications. May require dictation/transcriptions skills. Familiarity with medical terminology.

Work Days:

Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
