Job Summary:

Functions as Medical Technologist in the Clinical Microbiology Laboratory. Performs routine and specialized testing. Primarily works day shift 7:00am to 3:30 pm but may work other hours as needed. Rotates holidays and weekends with other Clinical Microbiology Laboratory staff as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required. NYS license/eligible to practice as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist or have a Limited Permit to practice. Two years of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist. Specific visual requirements include use of both eyes, depth perception, and ability to distinguish colors and shades of colors.
