Job Summary:

The Music Therapist organizes and implements a music therapy program for Upstate's pediatric population and families. Through the art of music, the Music Therapist will
assess the emotional well-being, physical health and social functioning of our pediatric patients. Will plan individual and group music sessions for patients based on their needs. Will participate in planning, ongoing evaluation and follow up with multidisciplinary team.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Music Therapy and Music Therapy Board Certified (MT-BC) required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree and 1 year related experience preferred.

Work Days:

Day shift; weekends & holidays as needed
