Job Summary:

The Onboarding Specialist will prepare all new hire duties for PEF, CSEA, and SCA hires. Function as a liaison between the Nursing Recruitment Office (NRO), Human Resources (HR), Employee Health (EH), Payroll, and Nurse Managers to ensure a seamless hiring process.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's degree and two years related experience in an administrative capacity or equivalent combination of education and experience, excellent written/oral communication, computer, organizational, and customer service skills, plus prior experience with complex systems and a variety of Microsoft Office application systems required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous onboarding experience in healthcare or a public organizational setting strongly preferred.

Work Days:

Monday-Friday: Days (with occasional evenings and weekends)
