Job Summary:

Install, troubleshoot, and repair PC hardware and software applications. Installations include: New devices, departmental moves, and computer migrations. Research and resolve hardware and software problems as necessary. Troubleshoot connectivity problems with application clients, network printers, and host systems. Experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11, MS Office, and host connectivity packages in a MS Windows Client/Server environment. Assist employees/customers with computer related questions.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one (1) year of experience to include PC support and customer service or equivalent combination of education and experience, plus excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
