Job Summary:

The Project Manager will oversee programs and projects related to Academic Affairs including: educational program changes and new educational programs (interface with the SUNY provost office and the NY State Department of Education); updates to the annual Academic Catalog; academic awards programs; human resource support for the office; support for the university general education committee; tracking compliance with SARA requirements; and other programs and projects delegated to the Project Manager by the VP for Academic Affairs.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Administration, Higher Education, or Project Management related field). Minimum of 3 years relevant project or program management related experience required. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills required. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.)

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Administration, Higher Education, or Project Management preferred. Professional experience in higher education preferred. Proficiency in writing and presenting reports that are easily understood by stakeholders preferred. Experience with Tableau preferred.

 

Work Days:

Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm
