Job Summary: The Clinical Leader provides operations based support to the nursing unit and exemplifies the Upstate mission, vision, and values acting in accordance with Upstate policies and procedures. Provides consistent day to day leadership and clinical expertise on the unit that drives customer service, quality, and the Patient Experience. Participates in the Clinical Advancement Program and is an active member of the unit leadership team. Minimum Qualifications:

Possession of or eligibility for a license to practice as a registered nurse in New York State and two years of post-licensure clinical nursing experience in an acute care specialty area.

Work Days:

Full-time (40 hours per week), Nights, every other weekend and rotating holidays. 

Salary Range/Pay Rate:

 SG20- Based on experience + differential
