Job Summary: Provides professional nursing care to patients within the assigned nursing unit. Accomplishes this by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care while supervising the work of ancillary staff. The Registered Nurse performs specifically as an infusion nurse, teacher, and triage nurse. Evaluates and manages patients within the infusion clinic through the use of nursing process. Collaborates with the Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, and other members of the healthcare team. The Registered Nurse exemplifies the Upstate mission, vision, and values and acts in accordance with Upstate policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications:

NYS licensed/registered RN. Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross is required.

Monday through Friday daytime hours
