Job Summary:

This Research Lab Assistant is responsible for the daily management of a small research laboratory. Duties include: ordering supplies, managing the mouse colony, maintaining lab cleanliness, preparing solutions, planning and conducting experiments, acquiring and analyzing scientific data, and training others in the lab. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associates degree required (preferably in Biology, Chemistry or related scientific field) and at least 1 year of experience working in a research laboratory.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred (preferably in Biology, Chemistry or related scientific field) and 2 or more years experience working in a research laboratory.

Work Days:

Monday - Friday; Some evening or weekend hours may be required to accommodate lab activities
