Job Summary: Manages and coordinates all administrative support activities for the Department of Neurology Fellowship programs under the guidance of the Education Administrator and Program Directors for each fellowship program. Interprets and applies ACGME, other national accrediting agencies and hospital policy to support program compliance. Provides support to fellows and faculty of each fellowship and acts as a liaison between neurology fellows and the Graduate Medical Education office and any other hospitals, departments, or divisions. Manages all aspects of neurology fellowship recruitment, interviewing, onboarding/orientation, program agreements and any external rotations. Tracks reports, ensures compliance for trainees about board exam requirements, licensing, moonlighting, annual appointments. Provides and prepares reports to the local GME office, ACGME supervising body regarding fellowship program updates, changes as dictated by the ACGME guidelines. Manages software used for evaluation distribution, conference tracking and rotation schedule reporting to the GME office. Proctors in service examinations for trainees and other duties as required for the education programs. Handles fellows schedules and paperwork for the department's Neuroscience Grand Rounds Conference under the direction of the conference director. Coordinates all educational conferences schedules for the fellowships. Submits all fellow requests for reimbursement for processing and payment. Provides support/backup to the Residency Program Coordinator and Clerkship Coordinator. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in public health, health education or a related field plus two (2) or more years of experience in the administration of educational programs. Equivalent experience, education and/or training may be considered. This position requires excellent communication, analytical and computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of education software such as Brightspace, MedHub etc. is desired.

Work Days:

Monday - Friday daytime hours
