Job Summary:

The Secretary II will perform standardized patient check-in and check-out procedures including registration activities such as entering and/or verifying demographic, insurance and/or financial information; generate routine forms, obtain patient signatures, and collects co-pays. Other daily tasks include but are not limited to: answering telephone calls, scheduling patient appointments, assists with referrals as needed, Gathers/scans patient forms/records into EPIC, performs daily appointment confirmation calls to patients and prioritizes incoming mail/faxes. Assists in QI activities and other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

Two years secretarial/clerical experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experiance. Excellent communication, customer service, organizational, multi-tasking and computer skills required.
