Job Summary:

The Senior Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Director of Medical Staff Services, the Medical Staff Services department, and the Medical Staff. Responsibilities include functional oversight of administrative staff, managing various projects related to the operative service needs of the department, coordinating and managing the onboarding and credentialing of special providers, managing the administrative suspension process and assisting in and coordinating activities related to searches for vacant positions. Other duties include preparing travel arrangements, front desk responsibilities and managing calendar responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's degree and a minimum of four years relevant administrative experience (preferably in a health care environment) or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Excellent written/oral communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and computer skills required.

Work Days:

M - F 7:30 AM- 4 PM
