Job Summary:

The Senior IDM Analyst will support current ongoing provisioning, de-provisioning and changes to system access in a dynamic academic medical environment with a diverse population. They will design, develop, implement and support the components of complex identity-based systems in the area of identity and access management, directory services, workflow, security, provisioning and compliance.  

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT-related field and minimum of three years of Identity and Access Management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting skills in a distributed environment are required. Excellent interpersonal, customer skills, and ability to work with non-technical customers required. Candidates who possess a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related *Salary/title level commensurate with qualifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Active Directory, Novell NetIQ eDirectory, Identity IQ, Identity Manager, and Role-Based Provisioning Module in addition to coding experience with dirXML, LDAP, LDIF, Java and SQL desired. VMWare, Windows server and OES experience a plus.
