Job Summary:

As a key member of the Simulation Department, this role supports curricular, assessment, and educational-design aspects of standardized/simulated patient (SP) and simulation-based learning, and integrates the hands-on simulation-operations and technical expertise required to realize those designs. The position demands independent judgment on highly complex, self-managed educational events, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to move between instructional design and technical execution within a fast-paced learning environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a health-related program/profession, education, or a similar field. Two (2) years full-time experience in simulation training and/or as an educator/trainer, including experience coordinating learning activities, workshops, or seminars.
