Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for assistant departments with varying aspects of award agreement accounting. Duties include but are not limited to: invoice all subaward agreement invoicing monthly or quarterly, deliverable based invoicing follow up with PIs when they have not reached out on providing completed deliverables to invoice for, follow up on any outstanding payments due for subawards and deliverable based awards, close outs Final close all awards that have been fully reviewed are PIF, review of reports- Open awards with AR, overall assist in sponsor inquiries on invoices submitted if any or additional information is needed for invoice payment, notify and work with PI/ Department if no salary expenditures on subaward being invoiced for or if noticed there is no spending occurring, cost transfers (journal entries) on any expenditures not allowable or rejected by a sponsor, or found as an error in coding or otherwise.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experiance.
