Job Summary:

The student assistant will provide support and assistance to the department. Duties include but not limited to: Entry level clerical work, data entry, assistance with projects, answering telephones, filing, and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be a matriculated student enrolled in a college or university.

Work Days:

Every Saturday and Sunday 6:30 am-2:30 pm

Manager of Endpoint Managment

The Manager of Endpoint Management, Mac Support, MDM [Mobile Device Management] and Epic Workstation Managment techs (ýManager of Endpoint Managementý) supervises and leads the team responsible for the management and administration of all endpoint devices on the Upstate network, including Windows, Apple (macOS and iOS), and Android platforms, and ensures high standards of service delivery across all device platforms. This highly technical role provides and ensures the delivery of advanced troubleshooting support; participates in strategic decisions for the IMT-Customer Support Services department; drives the implementation of new technologies; and promotes the development of optimized workflows. The manager also collaborates with and informs stakeholders on the alignment of technology solutions that enable organizational goals.
