Job Summary:

The Student Disability and Academic Support Specialist is a member of the Student Affairs staff with the primary roles of 1.providing academic support for students in the Colleges of Health Professions, Nursing and Graduate Studies and 2. managing all aspects of student disability services for CHP, CON and COGS students. This person will serve as second in command for the Office of Student Disability Services, will assist with managing the disability testing center and the data management software tool.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience. Experience working in an academic support, and/or student disability support area in higher education. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Excellent presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

xperience working in an academic medical / health professions setting. Master's degree.

Work Days:

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
