Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting end-users of Telecommunications' services and systems. Receive, prioritize and complete work order requests, answer support questions from end-users, and support PBX, voice mail, ACD and associated systems and applications.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's degree and three years of related experience in the Telecommunications industry or equivalent combination of education and experience, excellent written and oral communications skills required. Must have a strong background and knowledge of telecommunications systems, including telephone systems, voicemail applications, and contact center applications. Working knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with telecommunications systems, including unified communications, voicemail, contact center and call accounting applications.

Work Days:

M-F 8am - 4:30pm
