Job Summary:

Works closely with the graduate education program directors and the Upstate Orthopedics department chair to provide operational management of accredited residency/fellowship training and/or research programs.

Accountabilities: The position requires a comprehensive understanding of national Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) program requirements, as well as a high degree of initiative and independent judgment.

Must be able to organize and assess complex administrative processes, have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively and efficiently develop and coordinate various aspects of the program.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in education or administration and 4 years related experience.

Work Days:

Typically Mon-Fri 8 am - 4:30 pm evening and weekend hours as needed for interviews and events

L3: $60,265 - $100,255

Please note the salary information shown is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as internal equity, market and business considerations. The salary range depicted is based on full time, 1.0 FTE and would be prorated accordingly for less than 1.0 FTE.
