Job Summary:

SUNY Upstate Research Foundation is seeking an Clinical Research Associate I to coordinate various research trials for the Department of Urology, including early to late phase FDA regulated trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with federal guidelines.
  • Interact and correspond with clinicians, hospital staff, sponsors, cooperative groups, Institutional Review Boards, and regulatory agencies.
  • Enroll, screen and register patients for clinical research trials; collect and submit clinical trial patient data.
  • Perform various administrative duties, which may include proper collection and shipment of lab samples, regulatory document maintenance and management of study supplies.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Excellent written and oral communication skills and attention to detail. Good computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

SoCRA or ACRP certification and/or previous Clinical Research Trial experience.

Work Days:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
